How to delete your data

When you message Logics7 on Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct or X, this service stores your platform user ID, your messages and the replies, so the conversation can continue in context. Conversation logs in this service are kept for up to 90 days; the conversation with Oliver is also kept in Logics7's sales CRM (Vendo AI).

Request deletion

Email hello@logics7.com with the subject “Data deletion”, the platform you used and your profile name or username. We delete the data held in this service and in the CRM within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Stop automatic replies

Send the single word “stop” at any time to switch automatic replies off for your conversation. You can always reach the Logics7 team directly at hello@logics7.com.
